The Cherry Blues Project explains the idea behind the album Crazy Time :

"Crazy Time" consists of different mixes of "lost" and "discarded" material recorded between 2001 and 2005. We were browsing through our archive and found the recordings and immediately thought of remixing them. We recorded new material and mixed those old fragments to give them a new "union" and "cohesion".

This album is one of our "most electronic" releases. It has its ambient moments, but the essence is different from other of our ambient albums. We focused more on the "beats" than on the "ambience" (in contrast to the "In Space" album).
